Our Entertainment team hits the road.

On Friday, October 25th the Church of Our Saviour The Redeemer’s Entertainment team volunteered their time and talents to help Grace United Church in Caledonia raise money for mission. We are so blessed with a wonderful group of friends who are willing to work together to bring Jesus’ joy to others. Those in attendance enjoyed our rendition of The Irish Rovers, Abba, Tiny Tim, Roger Whittaker, Jeannie C Riley (Harper Valley PTA), Roy Orbison, Paul & Paula, Barry McGuire, Bobby Darin and Bob Seger. We all enjoyed being part of this fundraiser for Grace United. Jesus said, “This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other.” Wendy

For your love and many blessings we thank you Lord

On Sunday, October 13th we celebrated the many blessings Jesus has given us. Our thanks to Connie Hamilton who always does such a wonderful job of decorating our church (usually with the help of Janet Lampman who is off with a foot injury). All of the food collected to decorate the church will be given to St. Matthew's House Food Bank.

The Blessing of Animals

On Sunday, October 6th The Church of Our Saviour The Redeemer held it’s annual Pet Blessing. The church was full of animals and not one misbehaved or made a sound. Our organist sang “Surely the presence of God is in this place” and it was so appropriate. It was as if the animals sensed God’s presence as well and were at peace with each other.
